Hello, in case you want to change the shipping address for the order you have just placed, please follow these simple steps:
1. Check the time policy for modification and the status of your order first
The address is only eligible to be changed within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be modified.
- If you already received the tracking number for your order, it is no longer possible to change the address. Therefore, when placing your order, please double-check the address to prevent this problem.

If your order is still within the policy period, the next step is to visit the mentioned link and choose this "For problems with your order" section.
3. Create a ticket for your request
When accessing the form, make sure to provide accurate information regarding your order and enter the new shipping address in the "Description" field.
